c. Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our websites or use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information, such as IP address, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data, such as pages viewed, features used, time spent in the Services, referring URLs, and actions taken.

d. Information from Connected Services
The Services may allow you to connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other supported third-party services. If you choose to connect such a service, we access only those permissions necessary to provide the functionality you request — for example, sending communications you have reviewed, approved, and initiated. You may disconnect a connected service at any time through your account or the third-party provider's settings.
e. Information from Third Parties and Public Sources
We may receive information from other sources, such as:
- Publicly available sources, including government and education datasets (for example, state and federal education finance and enrollment data) used to power analytics and benchmarking features.
- Service providers and business partners that provide professional or organizational information related to your engagement with Lebra.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Analyze performance and optimize the user experience.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Enforce our Authorized User Terms of Use and other agreements.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
The Services may utilize artificial intelligence and automated technologies to generate summaries, analyses, communication drafts, stakeholder messaging, and other content. Content you submit may be processed by these technologies, including by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, solely to provide and support the Services.
AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any generated content before relying on it or distributing it, as described in our Authorized User Terms of Use.
5. Information You Should Not Submit
The Services are intended for professional and organizational information only. You should not upload or submit:
- Student education records protected by FERPA;
- Protected health information regulated by HIPAA;
- Social Security numbers;
- Financial account information; or
- Other highly sensitive regulated information.
If we become aware that such information has been submitted to the Services, we may remove or delete it.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With your organization: If your access to the Services is provided or administered by an organization, that organization may control the information associated with your account and how it is processed.
- With service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, AI processing, communications, and customer support, under contractual obligations to protect it.
- At your direction: When you connect third-party services or initiate communications through the Services, information is shared as needed to carry out your instructions.
- For legal and security reasons: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Lebra, our users, or others.
- In a business transaction: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- With your consent: In cases where you authorize sharing.
7. Data Security

While no system is entirely secure, we continuously review and enhance our security practices. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us at legal@lebrahq.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention of information associated with an organizational account may also be governed by our agreement with that organization. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access, correct, or delete your information.
- The right to receive a copy of certain information in a portable format.
- The right to restrict or object to certain types of processing.

To exercise your rights, contact us at legal@lebrahq.com. If your account is administered by an organization, we may direct your request to that organization, or ask you to submit it through them, consistent with our role as a service provider. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Organizational Accounts
Where Lebra provides the Services under an agreement with an organization — such as a school district, association, or employer — Lebra processes information on behalf of that organization, and that agreement may contain terms that differ from this Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the organizational agreement controls with respect to that organization's data.
